Bootcamp

Our fitness boot camp is modeled on a group exercise initiative. This generally includes an intense mix of aerobic, strength training, and speed workouts. Expect pullups, crunches, lunges, pushups as well as drills and sprints.

Weight Loss

Workouts in this class will help you manage your weight and improve your metabolic health. Circut training

This workout is a high-intensity training that is geared towards body conditioning, endurance, and resistance training. There are multiple ways this can be done for the upper body, lower body, and cardiovascular exercises with the end result being to decrease your body fat percentage.

Our aerobics classes work on the body specifically for flexibility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness through rhythmic exercises involving stretching and strength training routines.

Taebo

Taebo workouts incorporate martial arts techniques like rapid pace kicks and punch in a way that it becomes a total body fitness training. This is very effective in increasing strength, muscle mass, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. Some of the moves include left hooks, jabs, roundhouse kicks, basic bar kicks, uppercuts, three punch single technique, etc

Boxing

Spinning

This is a high-intensity cycling workout done on a stationary machine with a heavy, weighted flywheel that is linked to pedals. This way, your legs are constantly moving based on the pressure you are applying to slow them down. These exercises lessen the chances of you getting coronary heart diseases and any other cardiovascular health problems.

Martial Arts For Kids

Metcon

We’ve set up our gym to be spacious enough to enough that your Zumba classes are perfect. Our Zumba classes incorporate dance and fitness moves inspired by multiple music genres to ensure all your different muscle groups are targeted at once for that total body toning. These classes are great for maintaining a good cardiovascular respiratory system.

Athlete Training

Our athlete training classes are a complex mix of both muscle workout and brain workout. These workouts include goblet squats, power cleans, chin-ups, push-ups, gluten-free-ham raises, trap bar deadlifts among others. These schedules workouts are great for training training athletes on mileage and endurance
